I wonder if this owner of Shadow Ops would like to address this publicly, here in this thread, to give his side of the story to the public.

While we don't allow public advertising on this site without putting in your time, requesting and being approved as an Industry Partner, I would like to extend a one time allowance to publicly address the image that his company has received if he so chooses. This does not include blatant advertising or permission to post commercial info elsewhere on this site.

I'm not sure which user is the owner, so someone who has been in contact with him please relay the message.

From what I understand Paul is the owner and does live in Virginia. I had canceled my order last year due to the fact my order didn't qualify for the billet upgrade even though my lower was more expensive than the ones that got the upgrade and they couldn't produce the item. Several rounds back and forth I finally got my money. Paul gave me his personal cell if the refund hadn't showed in X amount days.
