I filed a non-delivery with my credit card company, and I am getting my money back. I was promised that my BCG would be put in the mail the last week of June and it wasn't. I think a major problem here is that the company kept taking orders when they were not able to meet them. I can somewhat understand the lower orders going south based on the split in partnership. However, there is no excuse for taking orders after 1/1/14 that couldn't be met. The credit card company suggested Better Business Bureau complaints as a good course of action, and I tend to agree. There may be a bigger issue here that may warrant investigation.
