No chance, at all, in any way, shape, or form.

We asked for help and asked for help.

We warned that without more help the matches would go away.

Many just assumed it was the other guy that we were talking to.

It is a sore spot with me. Not often I am truely let down by my fellow shooters.

I hope that extra hour of sleep was worth it.

I am truly sorry to hear that Hoser.

I was holding hope that arrangements could have been made with the range for a different day (Saturday), then once the weather was more conductive to motorcycle riding, I'd have been taking the trip down from Denver.

Would you object to my putting out some feelers for some new blood in SoCo to see if there is interest in revival, or has the range facilities been eliminated for the year?

The reason this is a sore spot for Hoser is that he has been fighting this fight for what.... 10 years? Those FRIDPA south matches have always been him and a VERY few others doing 100% of the work, with everyone else showing up just in time to load thier own mags. IMHO, if you did manage to revive the thing in the future, you should ban Hoser from setup, sit the guy in a chair and make sure he has some coffee and a donut while everyone else does all the work for a change; he has done WAY more than his part for king and country.

Sadly, club level activities always seem to devolve into a smaller and smaller group shouldering the burden. If you ask me, they should keep records of active shooters who help and those who don't. If you don't fulfill a certain work requirement, they should triple or quadruple your entry fees to buy beer for those who do thier part.

The Pueblo IDPA shooters made their decision. They were warned several times.

All IDPA related stuff is gone from Pueblo. It was moved to Clear Creek.

    End of story.

Does that mean that there are two shoots a month in Clear Creek now?

Clear Creek Range will only give us One day per month for matches.

I wonder if anyone out at Ben Lomond Gun Club in Ramah would have an interest. I would love to start shooting IDPA again but Sundays just will not work for me in my current situation and the treck to Dumont is too long on most weekends. I would be happy to help if anyone wants to start something up out there. I know they would have some Saturdays open. I am sorry to hear Pueblo shut down, but can understand the reasons.

What "we" are you speaking of?

Does that mean you are volunteering to be the match director?

Where are you going to get the props such as walls from?

Whose steel are you going to use?

And target stands, lathe, ect, ect, ect...
