    Default Sold my building and I'm closing my business!

    Bitter sweet, but excited to not be tied 24/7 to the building.

    Last day is today for the salon in the building and thought I'd pass on the info. Mostly for any one who wants a great deal on aveda or Kerastase products since they are 40% off and NEVER go on sale.

    3600 tejon is the address.

    Here is a pic of my building when I bought it and after my restoration work over the last 7 years for those interested.

    To young to retire. Think I'll spend the summer doing some road trips with my 5 & 8 year old while they want to hang out with me before they get older.

    Here's what some of the units look like. All the units were my design and I did a lot myself, but not all of it. A couple units were completely gutted and all new floor plan, plumbing, electrical, etc.

    Jesus, Dude! The interior design and construction is beautiful! I love older exterior buildings with modern design interiors. Retail and living space?

    And thanks for the compliments! It's been my main focus for 7 years. I guess it's fitting that that I sell it after owning it for 7 years since it's old firehouse #7. Lucky #7!
