It is a fairly simple install but pay attention to a few things. Drive the pins out from the left to the right, there is a stake mark on the left side of the reciever for each pin to keep it from walking out. Drive them the wrong way and you will have to restake them. Put the safety on "Safe" and remove the rear pin first and the bolt catch and spring(watch the spring, it will jump out on you).
Re installation is basically the reverse, front pin first and don't drive it in too far or the bolt catch will drag on it. Tapered end of the pins go in first. You may need to adjust the bolt catch release tail where it contacts the bolt catch, a little can go a long way here, it doesn't take much.
Check safety function when complete.
