Sorry, have been out here a while and didn't see anything related to "this event" specifically... I know it's been in discussions before... but not under this credit card reform bill... now that I look at that post.. if people here would actually put decent descriptions on their "thread" these duplicates wouldn't happen.. "Hope this is true" is the title of that other post... not easy to spot or even decide if worth looking at... and "credit card reform wasn't mentioned anywhere in that thread that I can find..."

    sorry small "rant"...

Alright, so now it will be allowed again? It was allowed, then it wasn't, not it is?

    hopefully it stays legal.

I goto the reginal office alot. Everyday this week. I decided to ask around about how some of the employees feel about the bill. Most are against. Even a lady that whent as far to tell me she is a NRA life member. WOW! Good for her! (Sarcastic) but I'd say out of ten people I screaned 7 were against. Some didn't even know what was coming.

What wrong with it. It is an undercut just like they do to any republican sponsored bill.
we can play the same games. Obama wants all this change so why not add everything we can to it.

hell, slide in getting rid of the 86 machine gun ban while we are at it. see how far they will go to push their agenda.

I don't like what the credit card reform will do for us because in the long run i think it will hurt the good people by limiting credit, but I could be wrong. That one will have to play out, but I know I will end up using the CCW in national parks, so it is a win for me.

Does anyone know if it just allows CCW, or is open carry allowed by this bill as well?

I believe carry is allowed by the same rules as the state it is in.

So, if you're in Texas, only CCW. If you're in Colorado, open carry should be okay too.

Here's where I'm having a problem with this bill.... The fact that it is even required in the first place. In my estimation, 2A makes it legal. It's only because of all of the b.s. legislation that has been introduced into our system of government and the do-gooder liberals trying to protect everyone from themselves and others that this even had to be allowed specifically.

At least we should be able to carry there again, until.....
