Spanish music at Sportsman Warehouse in Springs

Let me preface this post with: I was born, raised and educuated (MS for what that's worth) in 2 counties that border Mexico (lived there 30 years). So anyway today @ 11:00 I walk into SW in CS and a song in Spanish is playing. My first thought was... WTH. I kept shopping. Next song, in Spanish. Hmmmmm, apparently the dude running the music likes Spanish music and is playing it in the Sportsman warehouse in Colorado Springs, USA. Next song English. The 4th song of my stay in Spanish. I put down the $189.00 Danner boots I was planning to buy and left. Now let me postface this post. I am bi-lingual, as in fluent in Spanish. What say you all about this experience?

Actually dude, I take offense at your comment and the request to have mine edited. I understand the forum and it's rules. Sportsman Warehouse is in the realm of the shooting sports and this thread is simply a relation to an experience I had. I found it odd, so I posted on it. Not that I should even have to justify the thread to begin with.

I don't see anything odd about playing any type of music in an environment where people are. IMHO, there is nothing wrong with multi-culturalism. Don't be afraid of what you don't understand. Some of the most beautiful Guitar work in the world can be found in Spanish music. More people get offended at me when I blast SlipKnot through my Subs than when they here Music from another part of the world.

Dude, I prefaced the thread by stating that I was born, raised and educated on the border for over 30 years. How would I "be afraid of what I don't understand?" I AM the one who understands. Does anyone else?
