Although one of my co-workers coming home from a long day at work was jaming out and apparently pissed off some thugs on 225 they pulled up next to them and proceeded to point a gun at them, after the day my co-worker and his carpool buddy had they just shrugged and both flipped him the bird. Iv heard it from both of them and different times, so i believe it to be true.

Bringing your middle finger to a gunfight is indeed a dumb thing to do. Not too long ago there was a shooting on that very stretch of road where one guy lost his life.

What are you supposed to do when someone points a gun at you in traffic? I think that for the most part they are just acting like a tough guy and chances are low that they'll actually shoot at you, as the story shows. However, there is still always that chance, as the recent shooting shows.

I had someone flick me and the wife off just the other day. Sitting at a red light. I look over and the whole car of punks flip us off and take off through the red light!! Must be a young person thing to do... Damn, I'm getting old...

Armed or not, it would have had a bit of an intimidating effect had it happened to me. I've looked down the barrel of too many guns held by too many punks through the years to not be phazed by it. With strangers or nut jobs you never know just how far they're willing to take it.

Especially if you can't see the eyes like in a car or behind sunglasses... I can usually call your move if I can see the eyes... but not seeing them is scary...
