Here in the U.S. when most of us screw up our vehicles, such as rolling a 4 runner, it is out of mere stupidity. I spun plenty of axles out of stupidity, replaced a rear end or two and had to get a couple of body pannels. That video of the Chinese drivers was just retarded! That isn't stupidity, that was retardation in 98% of those accidents.

That video makes me think that if the Chinese are that against stop signs the Chinese moms need to make doubly sure to teach their kids to look both ways before crossing!
LMAO at the guy standing in the middle of the road who gets kneecapp'd and the car at the end that goes off the sidewalk wall!

Notice..not once you see tire mark/sudden braking...
If you get 2 people and a scooter is that triple points? I think hitting a guy just standing in the middle of the road should be quadruple points!
When I was in Korea any pedestrian ALWAYS had the right-of-way - even when they came running out of a blind alley. The reasoning is that people were there a long time before cars so cars had a responsibility to avoid the pedestrians - even if they were in the middle of the road (which was built for use by auto's. Weird logic!

When I was in Korea, a green light would turn red and NO ONE entered the cross walk yet because there were always around 5 cars flying through after red. People would not be able to walk away from a collision like that. On the smaller roads, people usually had the right of way. I'm sure they technically always had the right of way, but watching the locals taught me to watch the F out, even after a few seconds of red.
Jesus, I'm starting to see some merit in the whole "One Child" rule.
