Except it's been photoshopped. They do have a ridiculous number of medals, but none have ever been worn on sleeves or pants. Many of those are repeats of the same medal, where most countries use stars or leaf clusters on the ribbon to denote multiple awards, rather than wearing multiples of the same decoration as the norks do.
