That picture reminds me of being passed by a car yesterday in central WA. I looked in my rearview and started laughing as it approached. My wife asked, "What?". I said, "You'll see here in a few seconds." They had a skeleton like that hanging on to the roof rack wavering around in the winds at over 70mph like it was hanging on for dear life.
