Lots shown in one photo. First timer at the Ouray Ice Park. Terrible technique due to poor/no instruction. Very scared despite being on a top rope. Forearms are pumping out so bad that he is close to dropping the ice tools and falling. Having a miserable day and may end up hating ice climbing due to lame instructor.
Rough gun analogy would be taking a first timer to the range and handing them a 357 magnum for their first experience.
