Not lights ... sparks caused by the rotors hitting sand in the air. It looks cool but eventually it ruins the rotors.

We had it written on the back of our plackards when going through the ECPs. I thinnk even if you showed them the movie the Ugandans still wouldn't get it. Now that I think of it, they remind me of the Mangalores
in that movie (think "what does the red button do?")
