American Law Enforcement should study this effective Chinese method! Notice the lack of cumbersome helmets, body armor, knee pads, elbow bads, radio gear, Bat Belt, and etc.
"Here, tie this rope to me, I'll lean out the window and cap this fool's ass". Situation resolved, untold amounts of taxpayers dollars saved. 50 cents worth of ammo and a little blood to clean up, done.
They do that.
Then everyone is screaming about a police state, executing citizens, rule of law, etc etc...
