Mmmm - feeling pretty uncomfortable with the two previous posts guys.

I've got no problem with going off on illegals, even illegal Mexicans. I take no issue with nasty comments about lazy welfare suck-on-the-hind-tit-of-society folks, but to specificaly take make comments about a RACE, because of the RACE alone...

I think we've gone a bit too far.

We could very well have Mexican or Black or other ethnic folks on this site who share all of our views, interests, work ethics, and political positions. Comments like those above would only serve to alienate those individuals from this site - which I would consider MY loss. I personally have friends who are of Mexican and Black ethnicity. These folks are furious and insulted by the behaviors of those of their ethnic background who create and perpetuate the stereotypes. They are proof to me that not everyone within a particular socio-ecomomic or ethnic class are the same as those we all take issue with. These friends don't deserve to be grouped with these others.

Can we consider the implications of such posts before they get posted?
