Light a fire for a man, and he'll be warm for a day, light a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life...

I've been asking that same question for years.

Let's say a college woman goes to a party, gets drunk and has sex with an equally drunk man. Immediately after having sex she gets in her car and drives, only to be pulled over and arrested for a DUI. The following day she regrets having had sex with that guy and declares that she was too drunk to have given - the courts have been ruling this to be the case (the woman is NOT responsible for her actions) and the sex to be rape...even when the male is just as intoxicated (HE WAS responsible for his actions). Now, the woman goes to court for the DUI where the court says she WAS responsible for her actions and is convicted. Well, which is it? Logic tells us that both can not be true, so was the woman responsible for her actions or not? And if not, why is the man then deemed responsible for his actions?
