All schools (and thus their sports teams) should be named with random collections of numbers and letters (like a random generated password).
You randomly generate 3-5 of these "names" and then put them under the microscope looking for any "microaggressions" and then the public would vote on the "name".
School colors will all be the same rainbow, because we have to be inclusive.
