I was listening to Michael Brown on the radio the other day, and he was talking about the "bubble" which congress people/government people live in today, and how they probably do feel violated, but water bottles being on their polished marble floor with columns and statues.
Traumatized, even.
Michael Brown has been there, as the formal chief of FEMA, and so knows of which he talks.
