    Try hot fueling a helicopter at night, the arc from hooking up the grounding clamp will make you crap your nomex suit the first few times.

    No, I wasn't in the great sandbox, you can see these things stateside.

    Also reasonable, I wondered if it might be static, but WTF do I know. I just like whirlybirds and cool photos! And guns. And pie. Couple other things too, I forget.....

    Some of the worst electric shocks I've had were from static on the radio antennas on the Bradley during bad dust storms.

    I thought due to the dryer air it would be more prevalent there than someplace like... Georgia
