Back home in Va they are getting like 2" of snow right now.

I was there Wednesday when it snowed like 3" -- people lost their fricking minds... Schools closed because of 2" of fricking snow. People not coming into work because they didnt have 4 wheel drives -- WITH CHAINS (seriously a guy missed a meeting with me and used this as an excuse - he was in Mclean and needed to come to Springfield).

You would think they would get some modicum of understanding of how this all works -- it happens every year.

Ah, Omaha. Last time I was in Omaha for what was supposed to be a quick in-out day trip, the last flight out to Denver got grounded due to incoming turbulence damage and I got to unexpectedly spend the night in a hotel (downtown Hilton) full of noisy College baseball fans.
