Exactly fifty nine years ago today, was my first day in the U.S. Army. Wow, how the time does fly.

Today I used the VA Hospital facilities in Albuquerque. Everything worked very smoothly and the employees down there couldn't have been any more accommodating and friendly.

But seriously, I think back when I enlisted at 18 and I'm 42 and it seems like three lifetimes ago sometimes, and sometimes just yesterday.
