May I suggest that if he is truly interested in fighting criminals with guns in this country, he apply for a job as a patrol officer in any major American city. Rather than lament the possession of guns by law abiding citizens, he could actually gear up and deal with criminals. Otherwise, he is just another voice in the wind: one that I will make certain to ignore.
