Please reccomend: HVAC and Landscaper

In the Fountain area. Can you please recommend and HVAC guy (to check out/repair if needed a swamp cooler) and a landscaper (to help get this yard under control).

Thank you Bob... I've looked and all seems fine but would still like a professional to come out and just make sure. It's never been used or winterized... this is my first home so I just want to be sure since I just sunk $1K on a water heater.

Did you draw that yourself? All the water goes into the 'Duct to Home'?
