When it comes to ordering holsters online.

Ordered one a little while back that was supposed to fit a Sig 226 but the holster is about a quarter inch too narrow and doesn't even appear to be molded for a Sig at all.

Ordered a Blade-Tech for my CZ75 only to find out that apparently the slide on my "B" model single action is made a little different than the standard 75 so it won't fit in the holster.

You Glock guys have it made. At least there aren't various slide designs and configurations to throw a wrench in the holster ordering process.

I "Think" there might be a COM 226 holster in my parts bin.

You can donate your 226 to me and all your problems will be solved . Good luck finding a holster, it takes me two or three tries before I find one that truly fit me and my needs.

Must be nice. I can't even seem to find one the handguns will even fit in. Much less one that fits my needs. Lol.

Maybe you should start making them yourself.

Steve at coloradoholster cannot make one?

I actually have the stuff to do my own Kydex. Broke my press last time from over tightening it. Plus, my technique still needs work. Only made one holster so far and it didn't quite turn out the way I want.

I haven't deal with Steve but I'm sure he could make me one. My schedule is a little full from now until sometime in July. He would probably want the gun to use to make the holster. Not sure when I'd have time to get it to him.

I haven't built my own holster, but have re-formed Kydex using a heat gun and press (found a IWB Leather/Kydex holster made for some G-Lock, and re-formed it for my M&P40c with Crimson trace grips... works perfect)

I have been ordering my holsters from Daren Kirts. Turn around is a week, and he will do pretty much anything you want. I have had 3 made by him now and am using two in competition that he made to accept the hole patterns of the hangers I like. Here are two.

He does both OWB and IWB and is real easy to deal with. $40 to $65 has been the price range.

Drop me a PM if you want his contact info.
