    Nice.

    I picked up a Stihl FS56, last year, just for the thistles and mullins. Smaller but Stihl plenty of power. First thing I did was get the largest diameter line I could. The line that came with the trimmer sucked.

    I hate yard work, so anything that makes it faster/easier works for me.

    I use one of the Craftsman weed trimmers on wheels. Wore one out I bought in 1999 and bought a new one a couple of years ago. They use .155 line and will clear a city lot in maybe an hour. I use the braided-look line that Sears sells, they last for hours if you don't mow too many rocks.

    Get rid of the string and slap a set of gator blades on it.

    Would really like a Stihl trimmer but have to wait till the Ryobi I thought would only last a season or two (this is seventh season ) bites the dust.

    Wouldn't a "beaver blade" be used for clearing heavy bush, not "brush"?
