    Default Attention Foodies: Little Italy?

I'm looking to buy some authentic Marzano canned tomatoes and purée. The stuff in Albertsons and Safeway have an off flavor to me. Short of trying to make it myself (probably not possible since Marzano tomatoes will be hard to find fresh) the canned stuff from Italy or Sicily would be great. Is there a "Little Italy" like a China Town in the Metro area? Thanks!

North Denver very old Italian / Hispanic area. 38th west of 25 . There are numerous small family owned Italian shops.

    We get ours from walmart

    Cento brand
No dop label because of a late harvest but there legit......the DOP label is how you can tell if there tomato from the San marzano region of Italy

You have to go through a lot of cans with any San marzano tomato a lot are great some are a little off but a pinch of sugar and a buncha salt fixes them right up we probably buy 30-40 cans a year I have bought a bunch of diffrent brands cento is good and relatively inexpensive
