Parker/Douglas County guys, Strain was my boss for almost 3 years and he lives a block away from my parents. I've known him for 17 years. He is for sure new to the political scene but I voted for him because I have spoken with him regarding politics during the time that I worked for him. IIRC he was incredibly pro second amendment. The man grew up in Alabama and is about as conservative as they come. I personally am more libertarian, but I would still vote for him anyway. Having owned his own business for nearly 30 years he is incredibly pro small business and pro Colorado.

On a nonpolitical side note, he also climbed Everest as well as every Colorado fourteener during his younger days.
