I went to Home Depot and rented a snake and tried to clean the lines out. I ran it through 6 times and couldn't get it to drain. Never pulled anything out either.

Looks like shit that's been stuck in the roots. Have you tried using the cleanout between the house and sewer line? Dump drain cleaner of choice down there to see if it loosens or clears up.
Have you walked the line to see if there's any soft spots? There could be a break, allowing outside dirt in to the line.

Usually if it is the main line the toilet will back up. This is backing up between the kitchen and the main sewer line.

is this the kitchen sink? if so you need to block one side of the sink with a stopper and a plunger on the other side. if you can turn the garbage disposal on too.
Older house ? Talk to Bert, or search for one of his old posts, he had a collapsed line between his sink and main Under his basement floor.
He ended up jacking out the floor to fix it.
My T.P. wheeling and dealing feedback is here.
Opinions are like assholes, everybody has one, and it stinks more than mine.
Yo Homie, That my chainsaw ?

did you run the snake far enough to hit the main? could just be food debris, dirt typically sits on the bottom, doesn't float and cling to the sides.
Have a plumber coming over today
