We just need to ban "assault rafts" that are capable of holding more than 10 people. Who needs that many people in a raft at one time?! This is gross negligence, God didn't design rivers to hold these high capacity rafts. Rafts this large have no sporting purpose and can't be used for hunting!

Actually it's the high capacity rivers that are doing all the damage. They must be limited!
