    Default Beauprez??

Beauprez? Really? That's the best we can do? I'm really disapointed, I thought better heads would prevail after the Democrat screwing we've gotten. I was hoping Kopp would have been the best choice. Ya know, some new blood instead of the same old tired GOP "retreads". That's what I get for thinking something would change. I guess he's better than Chickenlooper, so let's hope he's the next GOV.

According to the news this morning, his campaign fund is drained and Hicks is flush right now. Get a yard sign and contribute some cash. Unfortunately, money is what gets people elected.

Disappointing. I was really hoping Kopp would get the nomination even though I knew it was a long shot. Tancredo actually took Park Co buy a pretty fair margin. Beauprez will be a damn sight better than Hickenlooper but I was really hoping for some fresh GOP blood for a change. Guess that too much to ask from the state that gave us Hickenlooper, Morse, Fields, Hudak, etc...

Sometimes I swear that the Republican strategy was written by Democrats. Just look at Mitt Romney vs Obama last run around.

The Democrats should be ashamed to show their faces after how little Obama beat Romney. If Beuprez beats Hickenlooper it'll be amazing.

As much as I'd like to see REAL, EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP in office to actually affect positive changes for the personal liberty of Americans, now is the time to rally as a team and vote Hickenlooper out.

The polls show that the Colorado Republican voting base was VERY divided in the primary:

and the weak turnout is very telling. We need to get our Republican, Constitutional, and Libertarian friends to get out of bed, get to the polls, and VOTE. Time to unite and win as a team.

With anything in life, the moment you choose to believe in your own defeat, you have truly lost. You will become a self-fulfilling prophesy. We need to stop being a bunch of self-defeating squabblers and come together to reclaim our state!

I guess I'm confused at the thoughts there was some sort of republican party strategy involved in the picking of Beauprez. Those that voted were registered republicans from all walks of life, from all around the state. Are you alleging the party told these people which of the four to vote for?

I picked other than BB. No one told us how to vote. Perhaps the OP is confused, or busy dog sitting.

I was betting that Beauprez would win it, but both me and my wife voted for Kopp. I am curious if those that voted for Beauprez did so based on the "he's got the best chance of beating hick", or if they really believe he was the best.

And although he wasn't my first choice, i'll be putting up a Beauprez sign as soon as I get one. Lets hope everyone can get on board and start to take back our state.
