This is about 1 if not 2 state supreme ct judges, who's term expires by 2015-16. This is about having the ability to appoint R views on the bench. Whether you like it or not 2016 will see a ballot to ban firearms on college campus. They have the numbers, but realize ANY anti gun ballot will sink the D's in nov. The D / Progressive mind doesn't mind waiting years for implementation of their policy.
