Default I built a rifle and suppressor today!

In an hour out of wood and rebar. My wife says I do the dumbest stuff when I have free time. I guess I proved her right again.

I'll be shooting in the CD Team Challenge in October with member Jawbone. There's some movement on the clock and I wanted to be able to train up here in the woods without dragging around a $5K rifle and scaring the neighbors. The weight is within a few ounces of the real one and balance is pretty similar.

I'll probably really paint it blaze orange or something to make it look even less real, but I couldn't resist painting it to sorta match today.

You'll still scare some libitard and or hippie, then they will call Johnny Law on you. Hope Barney Fife doesn't respond to the call of "A suspicious person with a gun stalking around in the woods" and goes all wannabe SWAT on your arse......

My T.P. wheeling and dealing feedback is here.

Probably so. I do live in Teller county, and we have a serious shortage of liberals up here, but there are some. I think I'll paint it dummy gun blue.
