Not at the range, but on the Twin Cone trail. Fired about 200 rounds through the 10/22 which has a new slide fire stock I got for my birthday. Took a few tries to figure it out, but after that it was fun.

After swapping around a few optics and not getting a reliable zero due to wind the last time out, Zero'd the SBR Aimpoint PRO setup, my Noveske N4 suppressed and the Sig716P suppressed.
Apparently, I lost the zoom post knob on my new SSA optic on the Sig last time out. :-(

Waste your time making you ask permission for things you have a natural right to own. "Anyone that thinks the communists won't turn off your power for being on COAR15 is a fucking moron."

Tried out a new recipe for a suppressed LaRue. It worked pretty well, I'd say.
the vertical stringing is due to the thinner barrel profile.
Just doing what I can to stay on this side of the dirt.
Went out to Pawnee Sportsman's Center to collect the two 10" steel plates I left out there after the Colo. Freedom Shoot. Also picked up my shooting mat, it wasn't where I left it, wind had taken it to a nice landing area amongst the prickly-pear cactus.
Shot up some 147gr 9mm on some steel, and discovered that the Fiocchi 124gr stuff that previously had been fine in the PPQ was having occasional failure-to-feed. Home-brewed 147gr was fine. Did some double-tap tests with the ARs, not convinced that the LANTAC comp is the real deal, so ordered a Fortis RED today. I've shot one of them, and it was pretty much straight back push. It's all about tweaking, ya know!
Got out there and discovered that with all the accouterments I brought, I forgot AR mags! Lots of stripper clips full of 5.56...fortunately JJ had a mag I could load up and use.
Took some new SBR's out for the first time July 4th.
Both have Adams Arms piston uppers in 7.5" & 11.5".
Both ran great without a problem.

Shot about 70 rounds out of my 300 Win Mag yesterday in Raton. Now I remember why I dont like shooting the heavy kickers.

Caught an indoor match last night in Colorado Springs. Good times for sure. Lots of forum members there. I again was shooting my 8 shot 9mm revolver and WiseAsset was shooting her new M&P.
Headed to the Olympic Training Center tonight for some smallbore prone training.

Got out to CRC at 6:30 this morning, 62*, really quite pleasant with the cloud cover. Shot steel for a few hours then came home after the traffic subsided.
Went out to Fort Carson to finally get around to sighting in my 260 Rem, 17HMR, 223 Rem and 7mm-08 bolt guns. Shot out at range 2 and there was just two of us.
My 260 Rem likes the 139gr Scenar ammo from Southwest.
Not so much on the Barnes 120 TTSX load
Had fun taking a crack at the steel antelope at 411 yards with my 223 Remington and the scuba tanks at 600+ yards. Antelope was pretty simple but had trouble hearing hits on the scuba tanks.
