Yes, and thanks for asking. There is a spent shell in the chamber but since it is a Ruger, I doubt that she would be able to hurt it anyway.Originally Posted by ray1970

Took my wife and daughters out to shoot yesterday. Spent some time on the AR, AR 15-22, and the shotgun. My girls are better shots than me....

I kicked ass at the Pueblo uspsa match
Took the wife to the indoor range for the first time. She had a blast. (no pun intended)
I did not think it was possible.Went to Frontier Sportsman's and fired some rounds through my new BCM SS410 upper. It's a pretty sweet shooter!
Factory ammo was giving me an average group of .81" at 100yds. I loaded some 75gr Hornady HPBTs and my best group with those was .542" with 22.0gr of H335.
For anyone interested, FSC had a new sign up on the trailer saying that the Hanover Range 200 and 300yd ranges are closed M-F until further notice to facilitate construction of the 1000yd range. Could it be? Are they finally really building the 1k range??!If you like the 75 Hornady bullets I have a load you can try.

The sign is the only thing I've seen as evidence. Quarterly newsletters have made no mention of it. I haven't been to the Hanover range in a few months though.
