Road tested some 223 sub and standard loads, for people to hear suppressor DB differences. That's 2 more people getting in to the NFA game.

As soon as I get a solid load for my 223 Ackley, time to find a solid 1/2 - 3/4 MOA load for my 300 Whisper. A 220 Sierra or 230 Berger should hit that steel with some oomph.

Ran some 6 shot 2 second drills at the range on Saturday and had an old timer guy ask it I had a full auto trigger. Thought is was kinda funny.

Finally sighted in the RAR in 22 WMR. Outside some extraction issues, it's an impressive rifle. Also sighted in the JRC 9mm carbine. Had sighted in on steel , but wanted actual off bench results. Iron sights @ 50yds very nice. Those Korean 50rd drums blocked to 15 rds ran flawlessly. Looks like the spouses JRC is one of her new HD units.

It wasn't today, it was Friday after work, and it was taking my wife to RMSS to let her shoot various small pistols to decide what she wants. There were just three couples in the range, so I guess it was date night. I did find a cure to checking out the bodacious behind on the young lady two lanes over, and that was to be out with my wife and five handguns.

She shot the Glock 42, the Springfield XDS and my Shield, and I pumped a few rounds downrange in both CZs. She ended up buying her first gun of any kind on Sunday - the Ruger LC9s, as it felt better in hand than anything else she'd tried. Now to her her into a class and get her back into the range.

Going to test my two stamper again today. At 8500ft elevation I think I'm running into issues getting the 300BLK subs to cycle. It was so quiet last time but not cycling. I upped the charge a bit. We will see what happens.

I went to the Pueblo range yesterday afternoon before the monthly membership meeting.

I had to verify my 300 yard zero. With a 17 inch barrel and 55 Hornady 55 FMJs on top of a case full of Varget, I got this at 200 yards. Pretty happy considering I am was holding center of mass with a 4 power scope and a pink grip. Pretty solid windage and only screwed up elevation. Three of the five were touching with two going about .75-1.5 inches high. That is a 1/2 scale IPSC target, the head is 3x3 inches.
