The Executive has the responsibility to enforce the law. This doesn't mean 'selective enforcement' of portions of a law or only laws of the land that he agrees with. This doesn't mean that he can change the law by fiat.

The Legislative branch needs to grow a pair and clip his wings. Otherwise, an uprising of the people may be the only way forward.
