obama signed the credit card reform today allowing us to carry in national parks.
I don't know the full details, but either way it is a win.

When does it take effect? Is it imediate, or do we have to wait 6 months for the libs to fight it? Obama might make a fine republican some day

Not effective for at least 9 months. I highly recommend not carrying til the rest of the bill becomes effective. There are delayed times built into the bill before it is law.
