I let my youngest ride my Harley and play with guns unsupervised.
Course...he's 24, has an endorsement and he's done 4 combat tours.

just 3 guns? I just walked into my house with 4 that i didnt have posession over 24 hours ago! bought 2 a couple weeks ago. didnt get anything last week though... had to buy holsters and such!
I've tried this 2X before. the only problem (ok a few problems) is
1) the safe looks empty & lonely with so little in there
2) you have a lot of space not being used (waste)
3) a good deal comes along, wasted space gets reduced
4) you find another 10/22 online, locally, or in a pwan shop for $150.00 or less.
5) the cycle continues.
6) there is the spouse and myself. so handgun, shottie, long gun makes 6 add a nice bolt action, then she wants one. bring home another gun. She shoots and likes it. there's another, and on and on........
Damn Jim you could be a life coach or something with that kind of answer to a question. Smart and logical!
I'm a Mac.
Okay, not really, but I just couldn't resist. By P.C., I assume you mean something like Personal Counselor? 'Cuz if it's anything medical, I have this rash I'd like someone to look at......
Somebody stop me - it's late, I'm tired, and the camper I REALLY want and got just got my wife to agree to has someone I know in line ahead of me for it at the RV dealer. (Maybe I DO need therapy)
My personal firearms philosopy: Why limit yourself? You can never have too many guns. Each firearm is different and provides it's own special type of joy in shooting it.

I have so many in my house for defense that if someone broke in I would freeze for a second trying to decide which one to use.![]()
