What's all this fluffy stuff you guys are referring to? Must be some sort of Yankee dish or something.
Burger and fries.....that sat under a heat lamp for over an hour.The only saving grace was a frosty Sierra Nevada IPA.

Its a sandwich, made primarily for the anglo middle class who enjoy finer things in life. Especially when a grape JAM is unavailable and refuse to slum it with grape jelly.
In layman's terms it's for people who want something nutritious, yet will not stoop as low as doritos or cheetos for food supplement.
