Default Selling jewelry in the springs?

I have a couple of rings that I am no longer in need of. Are there any jewelers or other shops that pay more than pennies on the dollar in the springs?

No shop ever pays more than a limited wholesale percentage on used jewelry - and much closer to melt value on the PM and wholesale market on any stones, unless you bought it from them and they've got some kind of guarantee on it - though such would also only apply as credit towards buying something still more expensive from the same place.

Private sale is your only chance to realize more back out of them, but has its own pitfalls.

You can put it on consignment in smaller family jeweler shops, but Ebay is your best bet.

I have sent thousands of dollars worth of jewelry to Gracies Gold in Texas. Leo is the owner and he came highly recomended from numerous people on a motorcycle forum I am an active member on. His buying prices were better then anyone I could find local. VERY honest and smooth transactions. I have send 4 different packages to him and each time the prices were outstanding. If you are comfortable shipping the stuff to him, I highly suggest it.
