    Default Classic car appraisal recommendations?

Anyone out there know of and recommend a reputable classic car appraiser? I need this for car insurance purposes. Thanks in advance.

This before or after the fact? Unless it is modified or you are asking for a very high value most collector car company's just want a few pictures.

That's all hagerty asked for on my 66 Impala. I just took a bunch of exterior, interior, engine and undercarriage pics.

    *HIGH FIVE* for '66 Impalas!

Sorry. I couldn't see that and not respond.

State Farm just wanted to see it in person, plus some pics I sent them.

I can't use hagerty because I can't rationalize leaving a 2 month old vehicle outside and having the truck inside. Oh yeah and it has nitrous as well.

I just want to have the right amount of coverage for the vehicle. Hard to determine value based on Craigslist, ebay and a car show here and there.

I will say "Good Luck". I am sure a few of our insurance guys will be along to explain this.

Just do a stated value policy for whatever value you choose it would take to replace it.

That's probably what he wants the appraisal for.
