Or somebody who is good with underground drains. I ran a 75' snake and still cannot get it to drain. I need an opinion on if there is a break underground or not. My slumlords are doing nothing.

Are you sure the drain snake didn't go up the vent stack above the roof ?
Send a certified letter to the SOB slumlord that if immediate action is not taken, he is violation of your lease and that you will hire ap lumber and deduct his bill from the rent.
Also document, document, document all interactions with him/her about this and other problems you have had.
Check with your city and the State website concerning renters rights and what can be done to either move out with all deposits returned or how to put a boot in the slumlord's ass to get him motivated.
My T.P. wheeling and dealing feedback is here.
Opinions are like assholes, everybody has one, and it stinks more than mine.

The Great Kazoo's Feedback
"when you're happy you enjoy the melody but, when you're broken you understand the lyrics".
Well a whole shit storm has opened up. Landlord refuses to admit there is anything wrong with the sewer and refuses to pay for a plumber. This is despite having this problem constantly. I will turn them in but they live next door and I need to find a new place to live. If anyone knows of a place I have a thread in the Wanted forum.

Best way to prove drain issues is to camera the line. Most lines I've done from the basement clean out is about 90' to the city sewer.
