We'd have plenty of water to work with if we just used a Fremen deathstill on California -- heck, LA alone would give us plenty of water for agriculture, water sports on our reservoirs, etc.


EDIT: Only problem is that I don't want anything to do with a water bond with anyone in California.

The article I read a couple of weeks ago was blaming the ag focus on nut trees, especially almonds, for the increase in water use. This includes the increased market in Asia. I'll see if I can find it.

I guess when you have a 'no-water' hammer, everything looks like a nail.

At 1.1 gallons of water per almond produced, I'd say they are a huge problem for CA's water supply as well.

Time to start charging more for Colorado's water. California can cover the increase with their pot revenues.

Pot revenues should be spent on unicorn feed and rainbow generators only, dammit.
