This is insane...
Police in Virginia got an court order to medically induce an erection in a minor for evidence purposes. More signs that the police are out of control and so is the judiciary in this case.

I couldn't get past the 2nd paragraph without thinking of this:

Very true.
So nice to see they are not investigating something half cocked.
Hopefully they get some hard evidence and it doesn't turn out to be a blown investigation.

Worse case scenario, judge dismisses for lack of evidence . Then admonish the prosecution for failure to produce firm evidence and falling down on the job.

Georgia and Oregon both passed laws that allow LEO for forcible take blood from you. It is a sad day indeed
I believe Kolorado passed a bill to allow LE to take by force the blood of those "accused" of a felony.
Because they needed an injection to induce an erection in a 17 year old boy. They could have just waited until the wind changed direction...
