    I'm wondering if it would be a federal crime, since he's under 18, wouldn't the "evidence" be considered child porn?

    Let's see if I understand this. The ADULT Police got a court ordered search warrant to do EXACTLY what this minor is accused of doing, with the addition of doing it BY FORCE?

    Sound about right to anyone else?
