Cheese (we buy in 5 lbs blocks...but it is not "government cheese" like they had in the late '60s/early '70s)

Salami (We always get a whole salami.... never have it sliced at the store. Planning on making my own, this fall)

Smoked Sausage ( Make my own)

Leftover Sausage (breakfast sausage, bratwurst, etc.)

    Yogurt (make my own)

Most anything in the fridge. Most canned foods too, like soup, stew, ravioli etc. Guess I have low cuisine standards.

Ranch Style beans right out of the can. Cold cuts...but that's nothing unusual since it's in the name. Most leftover meats. Lasagna.

Well then, will letting the COLD food out of the fridge just long enough to reach room temperature, will that still qualify for eating the food COLD?

Absolutely not. Cold is from fridge to palate . Like saying i love my fried chinked cold, once i put it in the microwave, to take the chill out of it. I did find it humorous someone said they like cold cuts, cold

I'm heading in to finish off the fried rice from last night, COLD, not room temp.

Sure, however an experienced snacker knows to close the door. Thus allowing your next meal to stay as cold as the last.

    Room Temperature, indeed.
