Default Manuel Noriega sues over 'Call of Duty' video game

    http://us.cnn.com/2014/07/16/tech/ma...uit/index.html

He argues in the lawsuit that his portrayal "as a kidnapper, murderer and enemy of the state" in the 2012 video game damaged his reputation. The company used his image and name in order to make money, the lawsuit says, therefore he's entitled to a share of the profits.

The fact that a non US citizen who is serving a prison sentence in Panama has the right to sue an American company in an American court shows our justice system is screwed.

Ever since Donkey Kong won that lawsuit against Mario, the video game world has gone downhill.
