The more I hear about this woman, the more I fear her sitting on the SCOTUS. A little independent investigating on my part is revealing more and more personal comments and official decisions that do not sit well with me. I don't think that she was nominated simply on the basis of her gender and ethnicity, but I do believe that these factors played a role. I think she got the nomination because of her history of court rulings which do not bode well for the nation and anyone who believes in their Constitutional Rights.

What really scares me is that I have no doubt that her nomination will be approved by the Senate with little to no hearings (remember what Clarence Thomas had to go through?).
