The moron said his father is the chief of police in the town it was shot in. If I knew the town, I'd be writing a letter to the city council recommending his father arrest him for terroristic threatening. If I was his father, I'd run his butt in for near-terminal stupidity and ask the judge to sentence him to 2000 hours of community service and 4000 hours of standing on a corner with a big A-frame sign proclaiming what a dumbass he is.
