    I've thought about buying some "play" land out in Calhan. Don't know if I want to live there though? There are zero trees out that way. I bet the winters and summer are brutal out there with no protection from the sun or wind.

    Good point I didn't even think of that. Trees are a must! Anyone from the 115 corridor/Penrose area care to chime in?
